D-Groups
At Lighthouse, our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ that go and make disciples of Jesus Christ. With that as our chief end, we have established our Discipleship Groups to be the primary way that we equip students to be spiritually mature and to grow as disciple-makers. Each group is designed to facilitate spiritual community and accountability so that each student will intentionally grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Community
Our community is rooted in Christian fellowship. We desire to have a community that reflects the love of Christ because of the radical change that He has enacted in our lives
Accountability
Accountability is one of our primary targets within D-Groups."Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." Proverbs 27:17. Therefore, we expect the students in our D-Groups to sharpen each other in Christ.
